Homeless continuing to defecate at the entrance to my employer, Old National Bank.
The end of Alexander Street where it meets W 10th street needs repaired.
This has been going on all day with pedestrians having to avoid the public library
A contractor (possibly PCT?) installing a utility pole at NW corner of Lincoln and Smith is blocking the alley and blocking parking on private property.
The tree-lined edge of this property's parking lot is a well-known syringe drop/pickup spot. We have witnessed several syringes appear in a pile, then mysteriously disappear within hours. Most recently a bicycle was dropped in the weeds, then removed the next day. Transients sometimes use it as a public restroom. Trash has been accruing in this strip of overgrowth and blows out into the alley. As well, the overgrowth of weeds, vines and saplings encroach upon the alley, making it difficult to traverse by vehicle. Finally, vines are choking out the line of trees that occupy this strip. This is the least frustrating issue, but an issue nonetheless. All of the overgrowth and vines should be cleaned up so it cannot be used as a hiding spot, dumping ground, public restroom.
Homeless man was pulling NO PARKING signs and throwing them around.
The raised section of road under the b-line bridge is so sharp and rough it sets off the collision detection in my car at the speed limit. It needs to be graded and resurfaced
Neighbor leaving trash bins out by road every day, same as the person in 1321 N. Kinser Pike
Caller states that line of sight is blocked at n/s alley coming south at intersection of alley between Lincoln and Washington and Hillside. Location is 1424 S. Lincoln.
There is a small sandy-colored dog tied to a post in People's Park that looks undernourished/neglected.
