Water taste really bad currently. Last year there was a news release about higher algae levels. Is this true again this year and why the water is tasting bad? It became really noticeable over the weekend.

I just started renting here and both my trash and recycling containers are broken on top. The lids. So the recycling especially get wet when it rains. Can I get new lids or totes since I just started my own service here?

The city security/street light has went out. It makes it very difficult to see the street for turning off Walnut St Pike and puts passengers waiting on the bus at night in a very unsafe dark spot as well.
Location is west side of Williams St. between W. 8th & W. 9th Sts. The vegetation has overgrown so much that Williams St. has narrowed to half its width.
