The property at 312 N. Washington St. has had bags of trash in its front yard, plus in tree, for weeks now. The bags are ripping open and sending trash flying. There is what I like to call the Trash Christmas Tree by the sidewalk, a large branch filled with trash.
Second Report: House at 717 North Maple has been long abandoned, windows are broken and anyone could get in; at risk of becoming a drug house. (Address on map is incorrect - I wish there was a way to enter a street address into the map)

my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. The yard of this property has been in this condition since Mid-December. As this is a registered rental in the City of Bloomington, it is especially maddening as one might assume a ‘professional’ property manager was responsible for maintenance of the property. Can you copy Doris Sims, the HAND director, with this complaint?
