Residents @ 526 N. Lincoln dumped trash in above dumpster. Two witnesses, residents moved out over the weekend and dumped lots of trash in dumpster and alley.

FLOODING IS BASEMENT SINCE THE STREET/CURB PROJECT (Groomer) ON HUNTER. BASEMENT LEAK WETHER IT IS RAINING OR NOT.
BASEMENT FLOODING AT BLAST OFF BALLOONS. PAMELA STATED THAT INLETS ARE CLOGGED. RODNEY FROM STREETS STATED THAT THE INLETS ARE CLEAN AND THAT THEY WERE SURCHARGING.
BOB SHAW'S HOOSIER COURTS PROJECT - SIDE DITCH FILLED IN WITH GRAVEL RAIN HAS WASHED IT OUT.
FLOODING DUE TO CHANGE IN INTERSECTION OF SECOND AND WASHINGTON (IT WAS RAISED 6").
CREEK NEAR PROPERTY NOT CLEANED OUT OR DEEP ENOUGH. WATER BACKS UP ON HIS PROPERTY NEAR THE DOOR OF HIS HOUSE.

Next lot to 16 West Poine Phase I, lot needs to be cleaned up and old vehicles removed. Owner Don Mitchell said he would move and clean up when street got paved/this is done. etc....see hard copy.
Trash sitting out on neighbor's porch, dripping down on to her porch, management won't take care of problem. Smell is so strong, they must avoid the area.
