Other/He said that Sanitation provided him with two steel containers for his cat litter. Do you have two more? Thanks
Vacant property owned by Thompson plant at the SW corner of Cherokee and Rogers St. has not been maintained all summer. High weeds just west of 815 Cherokee Drive.
There is a "path" that is double fenced between her property and Mr. Grossman's property. It hasn't been mowed and she wants something done about it.
Night Moves has placed a very large sign on the roof of the building. This is a violation of the placement standards for signage in the zoning ordinance.
There is a field of grass across the street from willow mannor that needs to be mowed. Jeff Jones is the owner of the land. It is called Ivy Chase.
In addition to their garage flooding twice due to Kenny Blackwell's development (that backs right up to their edition, Sherwood Oaks), there is currently a 8 in. black plastic pipe that is resting directly into the end of the court. It is NOW buried, but a portion of the pipe opening is exposed in court causing problems. Mrs. Felkin wonders if this is legal? She mentioned that her husband called and spoke to Jonathan Heald regarding previous problems and he was not helpful.
