Tree roots are pushing up this sidewalk. It's significantly raised -- about a finger's length. Any chance to shave it down so that it's not as much of a hazard? The other side of the street has a similar problem, though to a lesser degree.

My son was arrested and his vehicle was left over there. A person trimming trees at this location pulled down wires connected to utility pole 1408H - the disconnected wires are in the tops of the tree on the north side of where Wilson dead ends into a cut through and the other end is lying in the alley getting caught on cars on the south side of Wilson going towards the referenced utility pole - the person in question is remodeling a home on Henderson that back up to the alley

A very large diluted calico cat, Dawn, hangs around Cramer Circle in Batchelor Heights but belongs to an owner in The Highlands. I have communicated with the owner numerous times about keeping her cat off my property. The cat being here is problematic because it causes fights between my two indoor cats when they see her outside. Additionally, this cat comes around to the back where my cats are sometimes out on the screened-in patio and causes them to get scared and upset. I am unsure of the owner's name but Animal Control gave me her phone number in June 2022 as 812-361-6796. Upon first contact with this person, she stated they had not seen the cat (Dawn) in over 6 months. Since then, they picked her up in back of my condo but they continue to let her outside and she finds her way back. They don't come look for her until I contact them repeatedly but even then they don't make efforts to get her and keep her in their home. I feel that the cat is neglected and needs rehomed somewhere more appropriate for outdoor cats. I have photos of the cat but this report would not submit with the photo included.
