The two way bike lane on Henderson between Smith and Hunter is full of snow, piled there by snow plows. This is not a sidewalk but part of the city's bicycle infrastructure and the city should not plow snow onto it.
After making a purchase (at 11:41:55am 1/10/25 according to the receipt) at World Foods Market I left and continued on foot to Kroger. Before reaching the corner with Walnut street I slipped and fell on the the sidewalk north of World Food Market's west parking lot, next to where they park their van. Some of their sidewalk is very well cleared, but the part north of the west parking lot is inadequately treated (and the sidewalk to the west of the west parking lot, as well).

No snow removal by Bayberry and Winslow Farm HOAs on sidewalk from Henderson to Azalea including wooden walkway (WF property) on Wylie Farm Rd. for past 3 yrs.
No sidewalk clearance at all on this whole block
Nick's Pub owner, Greg Rago, called in with a complaint of a dumpster that is not being emptied in a timely manner. It currently is filled so high that it is to Nick's second story. He stated that this is not a snow issue, that it is a common occurrence. The owner and property management of the building have been notified numerous times and are refusing to do anything about it. He says that the issue stems from apartment residents or guests parking in front of this dumpster making it impossible for their sanitation company to empty the dumpster. Handicap parking spots aren't accessible, sidewalks are not clear.
I was unable to use the sidewalk via my wheelchair due to the sidewalk not being cleared in front of the old brewery
