Overgrown back yard. Multiple tree of heaven trees are growing, winter creeper is out of control, various vines growing on deck. This is a rental property.

The cars at this rental property (off 8th st) are consistently squeezing as many cars in the "parking" spot as they can which inevitably means they park on the sidewalk. I have called the rental property company and they have clearly neglected to do anything about it. A traffic cop should drop some tickets on these guys

Students going to TNMS often try to cross here instead of walking to the roundabout where the crosswalks are. Can a crosswalk be placed here?What about the school zone signs with flashing lights that positioned by other schools? Tri-North's school zone signs are still located on 11th street/Blair Ave where the old building was.

A pile of boxes and trash were dumped on the sidewalk in front of the house yesterday morning.
