Could someone please force the pig tenants or the pig landlord of this house to clean up all the crap that is lying by the house and all over the alley and that has been there for months! Leaving a little flyer on their doorstep does nothing.

Behind the Red Cross building (located where Constellation is) there is a set of concrete stairs that goes to the Grant Street Inn overflow lot (there's a sign that says 'No Exit'). The light next to those stairs is not working. We think it may be a dead lightbulb.

This cop 1705 has been blocking the alleyway for over an hour yesterday so far (30 minutes is the legal amount) Really bad for business to have a cop car right next to your business door. I just wrote another ticket about the stationing of a cop outside my business. (203632) I approached the officer and asked him to keep moving along as to not deter customers. He was immediately condescending, admitted to watching a movie while idling next to my business, and then attempted to brush off my request as “anti cop” which was deflective of the conversation I was trying to have as a tax payer and Kirkwood business owner. It’s not hard to understand that cops are easily an intimidating presence especially in patrol mode right next to your business door. Car #1705
