A car lost control on northbound Dunn Street towards heading towards Lake Griffy dam. This photo is a street light she hit and dislodged on North Dunn Street across from Lakewood Drive at the entrance to Blue Ridge housing addition. I believe a contributing factor to this accident is the many warning signs on northbound Dunn Street leading up to this location that are covered with leaves and branches, obscuring them. I have additional photos of the signs covered with so many leaves that you can hardly see them.

This box (from AT&T) has been hanging over the easement of our property for over 6 months now. AT&T was notified in February, came out and said they'd get to it during a "down time". Nothing has happened on it yet. I don't know what I can do as a homeowner since it is in the easement, is there a number we could call that you might have or is there any assistance you could offer us? Thank you for your help! Thanks for your gracious response last year when I inquired about this problem. You told me to contact you if it persisted, and it has. The entire street drains from hilltops at the north & south ends of Blue Ridge Court, and accumulates mud and run-off debris right at the same spot on the sidewalk (as you saw last year. A year ago the fire hydrant on the north west corner of my lot was changed out for another one and 4 squares of concrete were taken out and replaced. No one came back to d repair the damage done to the lawn and fill in with dirt and plant grass. There is an 8-10 inch drop off the edge of the sidewalk where someone could break their ankle if they fell off the sidewalk. The fire hydrant is unusually tall as it stands on top of a giant pipe that sticks out of the ground 10-12 inches. I don’t believe this was some of your best work.

We would like to buy the lot recently given address 2950 Lakewood Ct. (47404). On the property line is a drainage outlet which creates a serious flow of water. I'm worried about erosion and would like minimally some rocks placed at the outlet. The photo shows where the water collects downstream of the drain.
