Once again when on Walker Street turning onto one way West third vision is very obstructed. Every year multiple times same problem. If there are city tree, lots behind these sidewalks, shave it all the way back to the property line, please.

Shrubbery along boundary between properties - 715 E. 11th (IU-owned) and 723 E. 11th (private) - has grown so much that it is blocking the sidewalk. It is not obvious which of the two properties is responsible for the trimming, but it looks closer to 715.
