There is a large pothole in the bike lane on Walnut St northbound at the intersection with Glendora.
There is gravel on East Allen Street especially at the intersections of Palmer, Dunn and Grant. It's on those cross streets and extends into Allen. Allen is a designated bicycle boulevard and avoiding this gravel forces bicyclists to ride toward the middle of the street.
Complaints from businesses in the area of 7th/Walnut that the dismount sign is only visible for those traveling south on Walnut and that the sign currently there is much too high for anyone to see. Request an additional sign much lower visible to those going north on Walnut (west side of the road).
In front of 205 S. Walnut Street the sidewalk has settled and it has created a large step that several pedestrians have tripped and fell over
I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. gutters and sidewalks throughout the downtown are being overgrown with weeds

With all the new people coming to town I think it would be helpful to place one of those yellow safety signs on the B- line where the B- line crosses Kirkwood like the one on 6 th where the B-line crosses it. I have lived here quite awhile and I still often forget to check for pedestrians, bicyclists, scooter, etc crossing the B-line on Kirkwood. In fact I think it would be helpful to place these yellow safety signs wherever the B-line crosses the streets.
