When our recycling bin was sat down by the city truck this morning the wheel fell off. The plastic tube holding the tire broke. I left the can and parts by the street so someone from your department can pick it up, fix it or replace it. Our bin number is 0917026479. 835 W. Rosewood Drive, Bloomington, IN 47404.
