Michelle called to report an abandoned vehicle on Oak Street between 6th and 7th Street. The corner address is 1100 W. 6th St. It has been there for 2 months and its plates expired in July.

Black truck parked on in handicapped spot and on sidewalk blocking handicap ramp .no one wants to say anything to occupant because he's a parking enforcement officer. But the sidewalk and ramped are blocked .
parking meter had jammed coin, about 2-4 spaces north from Kirkwood on east side of library
Caller put $4 worth of quarters in meter #7116, on 4th St. across from Rainbow Bakery. Toyota Avalon is parked there. None of the coins registered in the meter, and caller does not want to get a parking ticket during her 3-hour meeting.

There is an abandoned Red Honda Accord on the corner of E Vermilya Ave and S Walnut St. It has been there for atleast a month with out being moved-- there are weeds growing up around it so I has probably been much longer. You can even find it parked in the exact same location if you go to the street view on google maps it is parked on the curb between 100 and 103 E vermilya Avenue! Every day this week one or more of the alleyways leading to our property (and our designated parking spot) has been blocked by a variety of vehicles, sometimes unloading materials, but more often simply parked in the alleyway for hours at a time. There is ample space to park on the street, and designated parking spots off the street for all the properties on the block, yet numerous people have decided to use the alleyway as parking instead. Today, it's a pickup truck and livestock trailer. GMC Sierra with Indiana plates: AAG248.
