Picked up all recycle but didn't pick up garbage. This is the second time that they didn't pick it up. If the resident is doing something wrong she would like to know. Because there were no tag on it.
Missed pick-up/recycling: Put them out last Friday, failed to pick them up. Put them othe this Friday, also failed to pick them up. Was no tag on them.
Martin/Dirk/Other/recycling: She would like for someone to come out there & explain what she did wrong w/recycles. She doe not understand a notice left. She has been sorting same way for about 5 yrs. & it was pick up. ddh

Minnie Salee believes that the dumpster at Fairview Terrace is being used for illegal dumping of crack cocaine and sourmash alcohol. It is causing a terrible smell around the complex and liquid puddles of some kind of residue. April 3rd Minnie saw a lady illegally dumping the liquid. Furthermore, Minnie believes that one of the buildings nearby is being used as a crack cocaine distribution center and a distillery.
Missed pick-up/yard waste: 4 bags of yard waste pick up 3 bags bypassed the fourth are no tag was left onton why the fourth bag was not pick up.
Other/recycling: Did not realize the sorting of recyclables. I explained process, sent her brochure. She will sort - can someone please pick up Wednesday. ddh
