Trash piled up in back yard of property, left for the past three weeks. Now trash is blowing across several properties in the neighborhood.

The address is not necessarily 425. The citizen stated that the house is on the East side of South Washington Street between Smith Avenue & 2nd Street. The lady who lives there has put out wood/debris with nails sticking out near the sidewalk. There are no stickers on it and he feels that it is a safety issue for pedestrians. He would like for someone to go out and look at the problem.
