RE: Lower Cascades South: Concerned that Cascades Park looks "seedy", not being well taken care of right now. Fountain looks "busted up" and trash everywhere. Also went by Karst Farm Park and saw people raking and cleaning up. Chose to rent the shelter there instead. Wanted us to follow up on this.

BETWEEN THE ALLEY AND THE BASEMENT DOOR OF THE HOUSE ON 609 THERE IS A PILE OF ABOUT 20 TRASH BAGS THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS. THEY ARE RIPPED OPEN AND ARE FALLING APART. HE JUST WANTS THEM CLEANED UP.
