Mr. Etter says sanitation crews threw his yard waste right in with his trash. Says it was not a split packer, but a regular garbage truck. Very upset that he buys paper yard waste bags, uses the green stickers and then has it wind up in the trash. Says if it happens again he's calling the newspaper and he watches every trash day.
