OTHER/YARD WASTE; SAYS CREW IS THROWING HER YARD WASTE IN WITH TRASH WHICH UPSETS HER. ALSO- SHE USES BOXES FOR YARD WASTE WITH A NOTE ASKING THAT THEY BE LEFT AFTER BEING DUMPED - SOMETIMES THEY DON'T TAKE THE YARD WASTE - OR DON'T LEAVE THE BOXES.
THE GRASS ON THIS LAWN IS KNEE HIGH. THE OWNER NEEDS TO MOW THE LAWN.
THERE HAS BEEN LEAVES AND TRASH PILED UP IN THE BACK YARD. IT SMELLS SO BAD YOU CAN'T GO OUTSIDE.
McCammon called in regarding a line of sight problem at S. Rogers & Cherokee Drive. As you are pulling onto S. Rogers Street from Cherokee you can not see vehicles coming south on Rogers due to pine tree limbs.
Mitchell stated that there is only one "No Parking" sign located in front of 1400 (the south side of street). The street is very narrow and traffic should not be allowed on both sides. The house to the south of 1402 is possibly a rental and vehicles are parking on the north side causing a dangerous situation. Could there be "No Parking" on the north side also. Please note the Utilities Dept. did work in this area recenlty.
