Ms Cervone stated that the roof leaks and is coming down in her daugthers bedroom and other parts of the house, electrical wiring is not safe, sewer backs up, garage door has fallen down, which she has had to secure, receptacles not working in her bedroom. fire hydrants have grown over with shrubs, and barely visable.
The dumpster is always overflowing and there is trash all over the street and blowing into peoples yards.
