Three of the short streetlights downtown were flashing rapidly this evening: southeast corner of Kirkwood and College, in front of O'Child on Kirkwood, and second light south of Kirkwood on west side of Walnut.

The sidewalk at 1107 S. Fairview at the property's secondary entrance is always either flooded, slick mud, or covered with dirt and grass is now taking root across it. Until very dry periods one must walk out in the street to get around it. Likewise, the weed trees at the line between 1107 and the apartment complex to the north are overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is becoming increasingly impassible.

There is an olive green Mitsubishi Endeavor that has been parked outside of my house on the 400 block of E 1st Street for 5 days now and has not moved. We have contacted the neighbors and they said it's not theirs. It is blocking our ability to park and is also just an eyesore having it directly outside of our walkway.
