There is a construction barricade placed in a hazardous location. This barricade should not be here at all, is not viable from eastbound tapp, and causes undue backups at the intersection.

Between 404 and 408 East 4th Street. There is a City tree that is lifting the sidewalk with it's roots.
The roots of a city tree have raised the sidewalk between Bruce Storm Real Estate and Taste of India. Eddie stated he has seen 2 people trip over the raised sidewalk.
The tree on the corner of the street and drive is dying and has been dropping limbs.
