4 CARS IN BACKYARD THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING, SOME FOR YEARS & 1 SMALL TRUCK IN THE FRONT YARD THAT HAS BEEN SITTING.
ADDRESS IS FOR INFROMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY *** Across the street from Southern Drive there is a lot that is not being mowed. This lot is on the backside of Pinestone Drive
There is a line of sight problem for traffic going eastbound on 15th Street turning to go north on Walnut Street. There are tree branches that hang over the road and block the view of the driver.
Mr. Young came into the office to report that the residents at this address have let the trash go for at least 3 months or so and it isn't getting any better. It has accumulated in that time and is looking bad.
See attached GIS Map. Mr. Davis thinks that the alley beside his residence has moved 5 to 6 feet into his property. Mr. Davis stated that his neighbor put up a fence up to the edge of the alley forcing the alley to bow. Please check and advice Mr. Davis if there is an encroachment problem.
PLEASE SEE ATTACHED MEMO.
