Stop sign is obscured by tree limbs.
Stop sign is obscured by tree limbs.
Left turn arrow for northbound Walnut Street at Hillside intermittently cycles green when no cars are turning left onto West Hillside. This doesn't happen every cycle, but I notice it about once a week when going through the intersection.
Dismount zone sign has been washed away and sitting crosswalk in northwest corner of Grant and Kirkwood
There is a disturbing message spray-painted on a bridge over Adams St. that reads "visualize dead landlords." (It is the bridge that has Hoagy Carmichael's Star Dust song on it.) It has been there at least one month. It seems to me that it would be good to smudge it out. Thanks for your attention.
Not mowed since the last time you didn't fine then even though it looked terrible then too.
The yellow paint on the curb on either side of the alley that runs between 205 and 209 East Wylie Street has worn off and needs to be repainted. Cars are parking right at the edge of the alley, sometimes partially blocking it.
There are exposed wires in the ground inside the large dog pen at the Switchyard dog park . There are two wire protection covers side by side on the west edge of the pen in the flat. One of them appears to have been damaged by a mower. There were small chunks of the plastic cap all around the area. It might be wise to fix this so that it will cooperate with future mowing. Streetlights on 7th between Indiana and Dunn have been totally off since construction of new bike lane. Absolutely no light on street or sidewalk at night.
uReport #176950 submitted previously reads, "The six tall black steel porch swings located in Switchyard Park need to have the pivots lubricated as they are making terrible noises when they're used to swing on." Unless you're waiting on a ladder or a can of WD-40, this ticket appears to have been closed with no action taken. Given that the bearings on the swings are not sealed, it stands to reason that they will need lubrication occasionally. Why not put the task on someone's work schedule?
Truck on parked Washington completely blocking Driscoll. Cars turning onto Driscoll blocked. Asked truck owner to please move. His response was "F... you, call a cop !"
