Two swastikas are spray painted on the B Line, just south of where it intersects with 6th Street (by the Foundry apartment building). It appears there might be another further north, just past Le Petit Cafe.
Hello, I am the facilities manager of Trinity Episcopal Church (111 s Grant Street). A while back our gas meter was moved by (then Vectren) in conjunction with the Culvert work that is ongoing by Milestone. They moved the meter from the back of our building where it was safe - to the corner where it is in a precarious position. In doing so they have compromised the sidewalk, causing the corner to crack and one of the metal plates to raise up forming a lip - which has been reported to me as being a tripping hazard. I've asked numerous times to have the area addressed (specifically the meter itself) and have been ignored by (now) Centerpoint. The sidewalk deterioration is just the latest part of the failure to sensibly relocate that meter in a safe manner. Does the Street department address this? And who can I talk to about the meter itself? It is exposed to Traffic traveling through the alley and will be damaged at some point by a large truck. Unrestrained dog chased my son as he was biking down the street. Owner chased after the dog screaming and cursing (which scared my son as much as the dog charging him.) Dog growled and nipped at my son but did not bite. I've never seen the dogs restrained and they frequently leave the yard.
Gourley Pike between Arlington Rd and Monroe Street is terrible! Potholes everywhere, a most uncomfortable and unsafe drive!

The occupants of this property store their several trash and recycling bins facing S Walnut St. At any given time, numerous pieces of trash litter the ground in front of the home, the parking area, and the alley. Their bins are often knocked over or overflowing. The trash has begun encroaching on the grounds of our office, which neighbors this home to the north. Thank you for your help.
There seems to be an abandoned vehicle. It is a red pick up truck with a flat tire and no visible parking permit. It has not moved for over a month.
Storage Express is building a fence the is blocking the alley. In the GIS the alley is public right-of-way.
I and others in the area have experienced a decrease in water pressure since the March 6-7 overnight and early morning storms.
I moved into the new apartment complex at 1301 S Walnut St this past August. Until last week, there was ample parking available on Driscoll St. that tenants in my complex could use. Last week, though they painted the curb yellow (half of the block 100 E Driscoll and 1200 S Walnut), taking away 3 to 4 parking spaces. This was not communicated to myself or the other tenants in the building. If the building has been occupied since August, why is the street just now being painted? Myself and the other residents of my building are not happy that so much parking space has been taken away this late into out leases. The amount of space now marked as a no parking zone is excessive, causing major inconvenience for myself and the other people who park on Driscoll Street regularly. I just received a citation today for being parked partially in this area and I am very frustrated as I used to park there regularly with no issues.
