There is some sort of sign or other debris sitting in the middle of the southbound lane of Rogers by the electrical substation. This sign has been in the road for weeks if not months.
I submitted a complaint on March 11, 2022 regarding this property's trash issue. This item was assigned to Rob Council as Case #179224. Rob quickly responded, and from what I understand, he gave violation notices to all units in this property. Rob told us to keep an eye on the issue and reach back out if it persisted. As you can see in the photo provided, there is still a problem. This property's trash bins have been on the curb for multiple days. There are trash bags and loose garbage littering their parking area and along S Walnut St. One of the bins has dangerously fallen into the street. We are hoping further actions can be taken by the City to rectify this situation. Thank you for your time and efforts.
The traffic light on S. College at 3rd is out of sync with the other lights on S. College (5th, 4th, etc.). Two days in a row I had to sit for a long time at the 3rd light rather than have it lined up with the timing of the other lights to keep traffic moving.
Two giant potholes in the road. The City fixed potholes to the west on Tapp and to the east on Country Club, but neglected the intersection.
Around 9:45am this morning, I walked out of the parking garage at 7th and Morton, out through the lower level of the garage onto 7th Street. As I was walking out onto the sidewalk, a minivan was driving east in the bike lanes! The driver and passenger seemed lost and realized they were in the wrong place. They stopped then crossed over a break in the weird curbing there to get back into a lane of traffic. They had driven from at least Morton halfway up the block before getting out of the bike lane. This is not the first time of numerous times I have witnessed vehicles driving in or parking in the 7th Street bike lane. Is there any way to add signs or markings that make this more obvious? Also, while we are here - on Monday I was downtown driving on Morton headed north and came to a stop at 7th Street. People are really confused by this intersection. A car from the west came to a complete stop. A car from the north on Morton decided to cross 7th in front of the stopped car from the west on Morton. A car coming down the hill from the east on 7th was not intending to stop, but had to due to this car in the intersection from the north on Morton that failed to yield to 7th Street traffic. Although, the randomly stopped car to the west on 7th acting like it was a four-way stop sign certainly made matters go awry. Essentially, the entire 7th Street bike lane system is a mess of poorly designed infrastructure. A friend was telling me about how the bike lane gets blocked at 7th and Woodlawn because of the college students getting on and off buses and the bus riders have to cross the bike lanes and often do not pay any attention. A perfectly good street has multiplied the potential for accidents and injuries with this "upgrade" that got installed.

The red Chrysler in the image has repeatedly been parking illegally on the yellow curb in front of our unit for months. We have left notes and tried to be cordial, but they continue to do so and it has blocked the trash truck/delivery trucks from being able to come down our street on occasion. Additionally, it makes it extremely difficult to get in and out of the neighborhood. There is plenty of other legal street/guest parking nearby or directly across the street. Greetings: I am the Director of the Farmer House Museum and I would like to address the safety concern in our ally that connect between Morton and College at 10th Street. I have a detailed video taken by our board member that shows the area of concern and safety. We have applied for an AARP grant to secure funding to repair and update the parking pad and the alley inbetween the Woodburn House and the Farmer House museum.
