Burning smell occurring repeatedly in the evenings near White Oak Cemetery- smells like burning trash. Do not know the source of this but hoping BFD could begin monitoring the situation.

The person living here stores trash and construction material on the porch and in the front yard.
Resident reported their trash tote has been stolen.
One of our bus drivers stated there are low hanging grape vines that are unavoidable in the area of N Fairview St between 7th & 11th St. They stated it is a hazard, especially if buses driving through have the roof hatch open.
Two trash bins and a recycle were in front of my house blocking the sidewalk this morning (Wednesday). The bins are not mine. I moved them in front of 717 S. Park because I'm guessing that they belong there, but I'm not sure. The residents left town Sunday, our pickup day was Monday.
There are wide pothole on northbound Rogers St between 1st and 2nd St.
On my walk in this morning, the metal storm grate on the north-east corner of 3rd and College had completely fallen down into the drain leaving the opening unprotected. Thank you!
There is something like a pothole, except it is probably 2 1/2 to 3 feet wide and maybe 2 feet long. The edge is so deep that I'm surprised it didn't take off my two front tires. I was driving to work very early and it was still dark. I realized what it was shortly before going into it. I'm more concerned for motorcycles or public transport. Thank you.
