We are having a landscape crew dig stumps in this area, but before we can start - it needs to be flagged and checked for underground utilities. I actually don’t have an address for these stumps. Is there anyway you can have the underground utilities checked in the red circle on the photo of the map below? Please let me know. This plot just had a tree removed form it. CFC folks are concerned that it is dangerous and that somebody could wipe out in it fairly easy. Suggest putting cones on it until it fixed. It's just south of the southeast corner on the intersection of Kirkwood and College Avenues.
Porta pot at Upper Cascades Park is completely full. Trash and toilet paper is maintained regularly, but bowl is full of waste.

This Honda vehicle with California plates is parked on the property of Fairview United Methodist Church, 600 W. 6th Street. It probably belongs to the renter of the brick house in the background. I am a Trustee of FUMC and we would like to have the vehicle removed from our parking lot.
Someone has tagged the B-Line overpass wall on 3rd Street Eastbound between Rogers and Madison. I was driving, could not get photo. It's on the South side of 3rd Street.
Signage on S. Walnut St. going north from 2nd St. for a block or two is a confusing mess. Multiple "merge left" and "merge right" signs at the same location.
