Hello! There has been an RV parked in our neighborhood street for around a month, and does not have tags. Individuals come and go from it frequently, to the house it's parked in front of and to the RV. I am concerned about the safety it presents to people in our area. The intersection at E 2nd St and S Park Ave is unsafe. It's where 2nd St jogs to the south and it should probably be a four way stop. I'm not actually sure what would be best, but it's a dangerous intersection.
