On 8th St. in between Dunn and Indiana there are absolutely no street lights and it is pitch black at night. One block up the street (towards Grant) there are some but none on our side.

On the updated parksmart page: "The first three hours of parking are free in the following locations: Walnut Street Garage, Fourth Street Garage, 4th and Washington Lot, 6th and Lincoln Lot, 3rd and Washington Lot". The garage listings in the next section do not reflect this and just give hourly rates. Please clarify on this page which is correct - whether the first 3 hours are free or not, as it will help residents and visitors decide where to park for planned trips to downtown. Thank you!

Is it possible to put a "no U-turn" sign with the left turn signal on northbound Walnut at the bypass intersection? Now that the eastbound bypass lanes have a green right turn arrow, I've seen several (and been involved in one) near misses of people in the left turn lane doing U-turns and nearly hitting those turning southbound onto Walnut with their green arrow. Water appears to be flowing under the street. A hole has formed on the side of the road (Walnut Street Pike) about 6 inches diameter and don't know how deep. I stepped into it while mowing. I believe it is a matter of time before the road surface is impacted; not to mention a hazard to people.

Neighborhood children park their bikes and scooters in and on the roundabout over night and throughout the day.
