At https://bloomington.in.gov/interactive/maps/parkingmap the map shows either Residential Parking or Other Permit Required (can't tell which as the symbols are identical) on one block South and one block East of the intersection E. Smith Ave. and S. Dunn St. I don't believe this is accurate. I have not seen signs posted in this area and there are not adjoining residences. They are also not in a Zone.
This house has continuously had "yard sales" every week for the past few years. Is the household paying for their sale signs? I know Heritage Salon pays for their sandwich sign, they're right next to each other. So has this house paid for their excessive "for sale" signs usage for all the junk in the yard? It's an eyesore on one of the main streets of town.
Vegetation is growing over the sidewalk on the Maple Street side of house. Sidewalk is impassible the entire length. You have to walk out in the street. Looks terrible and is a safety issue.
Grass is over 8" long. Has not been mowed in quite awhile. Looks horrible.
Large pile of trash in driveway. looks like old carpet. basketball goal knocked over on sidewalk for a long time now; should be placed upright or moved to their garage or back yard
Bags of trash by street curb, and other trash and furniture scattered throughout yard
Pile of trash and yard waste by street curb for a very long time now.
Bike seems to have been abandoned on our front lawn. First saw it there early Saturday morning (9/15).
There has been no street sign on our corner (16th and Washington) for a number of years.
