Wanted to see if the parks and rec department could come take a look at the Beech tree on the north side of Maxwell (marker used above). Several really large dead branches that are dangerously falling in a piecemeal way. The overall health of the tree is in steady decline, and it may be easier for the city to remove it now before it is completely rotten. Thanks!

The parking meter we used this morning accepted my first quarter, but the second one got stuck in the coin slot. It is still stuck there. Someone should check the meter and remove the coin. I live near the Broadview Park and I am concerned about issues with my neighbors. The neighbor at 705 W Graham is hoarding trash on their front lawn. This includes a rusty boat that hasn't moved or been touched in months. Other trash includes all of the rusty and moldy garbage that came with the boat. I am also concerned about 707 W Graham as they have quite a bit of scrap in the back yard. They park their trailer in the far back yard amongst scrap and rusty garbage. I noticed quite a bit of bugs that are a problem for my children and pets. Both of these homes contain residents that frequently litter, scream at each other, and have very unkempt yards that cause cascading issues with other homes in the area. I would like to remain anonymous for my safety. Thank you.
Good morning. I was taking a walk last night and noticed 2 street lights out. One at S. Rogers St. and Prospect Ave and one at Prospect Avenue and Jackson St. I also wanted to thank you for fixing the one on S Rogers St. and Smith Ave.
Across the street from our house, there is street parking, but there is a lot of broken glass. Not only is it a safety hazard for people walking/crossing the street, but there is definitely enough glass to cause popped tires. If it can get swept/cleaned up soon, that would be amazing.
There is a manhole cover here that keeps getting left open. Last fall my husband fell in it and injured his leg. Can this be made safer? Mopeds, bikes, and pedestrians use this area with some frequency. The manhole cover can be hard to find, it is not far from the retaining wall near the Stonebelt house on the south side of the street.
A previously repaired pothole at that intersection is beginning to sink.
At the corner of Patterson and Rogers the left turn arrow when heading east always activates even if no cars are there trying to turn north onto Rogers. This ends up unnecessarily delaying people heading west on Patterson.
I would like to request a sidewalk ramp / crossing be installed at the SE corner of Walnut St Pike and Winslow. It looks like there has previously been an accident there and now there is a concrete barricade and guard rail preventing the pedestrians from crossing. So either the pedestrian has to make a somewhat dangerous crossing there, or cross three extra times to go around and back. Thank you! Michelle Giansante
