Seriously City of Bloomington ? You've put in meters and on top of 25cents an hour and parking ticket REVENUE, you are also requiring the user / city resident / visitor to pay YOUR credit card transaction fee. Really ? Please name me one downtown merchant that requires the customer to pay this fee. Ridiculous. I will be shopping / eating / recreating elsewhere. Not downtown Bloomington. Sand and gravel blocking the multi-use path on the bypass near N Dunn St. I dare anyone to bike through this on a road bike. Isn't there a regulation that says the owner of the property must keep the path clear? Sand and gravel are constantly accumulating there.
