At the corner of the easement and Graham Drive, the tree is covered with poison ivy. The shed is covered with euonymus.

Please considering resurfacing South Palmer between Hillside and Grimes. The street is in horrible condition, and as a homeowner and tax payer, I would really appreciate a better-maintained street.
