Trash is still a problem at 517 & 519 N. Fess. They continue to leave their trash containers on the sidewalk all the time. Also the properties located at 415 & 421 N. Park have trash which has not been picked up, and has been there for days. Ms. Butler has called and complained about the trash days ago.

The resident puts the trash out on the wrong day and lets it sit all week. Please confirm and if accurate, inform the resident as to the proper procedure.
