The garbage pick-up guys broke our garbage can over a week ago as it was being dumped and took it away when they picked up the garbage. We still don't have a replacement can so my tenants were unable to get rid of their weeks worth of trash on pick-up day today. Can you PLEASE bring a new garbage can!!! There are two apartments in this house so we need the same large can. THIS IS MY SECOND REQUEST. THANK YOU!!!!

Our trash cart was not fully emptied at pickup yesterday -- there is still a bag of trash in the cart (it is not jammed or otherwise stuck, it can move easily). This means our cart is already half full at the beginning of the week.

I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. Hello - I sent an email to sanitation department Wednesday morning but haven't heard back so trying this route... I live at 1205 S Washington St and our trash can went missing sometime between 1am and 9am early Tuesday morning. I've sent a note around to the neighborhood email list in hopes that someone will notice a random one abandoned in their yard. But so far no one has. A neighbor thinks he may have heard it traveling north on Lincoln near the intersection of Dodds around 2am). What's the next step? We don't produce much trash so could likely skip a week of trash pickup if there's a chance it'll be spotted by your tracking equipment elsewhere. Thanks for your help, Jenn
