Canita says that the inspector needs to look in the back yard, that is where they do not mow. She also says that she talked to the cable company and they said to call our department because the trees are unkept at this property address and it is causing a hazzard. She also wants to have someone call her with the status. She would prefer for someone to knock on her door when they do the d.b. so she can point things out.
Bernice and Loren Geiger contacted David about the property across the alley from them (they live at 102 E. Wilson). This property is overgrown and has trash around. Basically an eye sore. Please call the Geiger's @336-5721 to meet them at the site. Let David S. know when the matter is resolved.

Upset that city would not pick up the storm damaged limbs he put out.
Mr. Madsen called to express his concern about the efficiency of tax money on the sidewalk sweeper the City just purchased. He believes the City merchants should sweep their own sidewalks, and in the winter should shovel their own walks to better promote people to use the dowtown area. This was just a general complaint to voice his concern.

Customer called on 6/24/98 and talked to Craig Abbott in the lab at Dillman. She stated that her water had a "gasoline" like odor. She further stated that a new "gas line" had recently been installed but that it was for a city gas hook-up and should not have been a problem. On followup visit by SG, customer advised again that problem began when a repair was made to the Indiana Gas feed line on South side of the residence. Property is owned by Claudia Green 824-7521.
