I am not sure where to send this to but hoping you can share these remarks with the Historic Preservation Commission: I see that the players Pub is up for the HPC to decide if it should be taken down. I think it should. The place is about to fall in and is a eyesore to everyone in that area. I see that Derek Richey posted that he is wanting to keep because he does not want more Apt built in Bloomington? what is his job? seems like he has crossed the line and is trying to act as a city planning and not the HPC. He is trying to get all his friends to send in that is should stay so someone will not build new. That is not his job. He should not be able to post like this. Derek has crossed the line. I think it should come down and whatever goes in can only help the area out. Never heard of Boxman and I have been around my whole life. Tear it down.

Notably, the legislation would create a new criminal offense in the state of Indiana that would make it a crime to obstruct a roadway during a unpermitted protest, demonstration or violent or disorderly assembly. The proposed legislation would also ensure that a “driver is NOT liable for injury or death caused if fleeing for safety from a mob.“ create or refine and make clear the or a law to support law to make criminal offenses for the following activities: when 7 or more persons are involved in an assembly and cause damage to property or injury to other persons to destroy public property during a violent or disorderly assembly 1st degree misdemeanor for a participant in a violent or disorderly assembly to harass or intimidate a person at a public accommodation, such as a restaurant RICO liability attaches to anyone who organizes or funds a violent or disorderly assembly. Such corresponds with standing case law , “When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a right to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by force, and if, in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense, his assailant is killed, he is justified.” Runyan v. Switchyard Large Dog Park - water/mud problem. The main large tree in the center of the Large Dog Park is a pit of mud. Would really appreciate it being covered with sod to prevent muddy dogs!

There is a pedestrian cross-walk here, but traffic often does not stop, creating a safety hazard for pedestrians (who have the right of way). I think Kirkwood needs to have some traffic calming, and a stop sign would be one way to slow traffic and protect pedestrians.

Line of sight/safety hazard because of excessive growth in front of 820 W. 2nd Street. For those turning onto 2nd street from Euclid street, the vegetation blocks the line of site. This is especially dangerous because the property is near the top of a hill, which already obstructs line of sight.

City of Bloomington truck #415 pulled into Grab and Go around 3:15PM on 9.21.2020 and doored (opened his drivers side door and hit my passenger side door) my car. The picture is sideways.
