Quit purging the location history of the complaints for seminary park. It’s obvious the city is doing so to limit what the public can see for various political/legal reasons. Someone needs to find out who is responsible purging these reports and that person needs held accountable.
This cities agenda is so one sided boardering being illegal. Your “public” meetings requiring voices and votes (parks and recreation) are only promoted and people made aware through very liberal means/programs.
I’m sure someone will just delete this post almost immediately but I hope my voice gets heard to as many as possible until then.

Every since the parks department allowed tents at seminary park throughout the day there are increasingly large numbers of people not social distancing without mask in a small confined space. They are then dispersing throughout the community (Kroger, shalom, rally’s, etc...), once again not wearing mask. This is not what the CDC means when they say not to tear down homeless communities. It’s to prevent them spreading disease. Our homeless community still socializes without regard to others in the community and therefore not breaking up that tent camp is irrelevant to what the CDC recommends.
Also there are tons of laws being broke at seminary park every day. The park is filled with trash, used needles, and feces just to name a few problems. Litter is blowing everywhere in the surrounding area.
The law and rules apply to everyone in the community. Please hold everybody accountable!
Failure to do so will impact Bloomington’s economy and slow the recovery through this pandemic.
Sidewalk Requests
17th & Kinser Pike, Bloomington, IN 47404, USA

Please put in crosswalks here. This is a dangerous intersection and there is a lot of foot traffic here. I had to jump out of the way of a car that came within a few inches of hitting me when I was crossing when I had right-of-way.
Also please extend the sidewalk north of here on the west side of Kinser Pike; it stops at the Midas property line and people have to cross to the east side of Kinser for a sidewalk or they walk along the road or in people's yards.

Right under the B-Line bridge over Grimes in the westbound lane of traffic there is a square cutout in the road that forms a decent sized pothole. Can this get filled?

I have been trying to obtain a copy of my police report. The process in order to do so is unreasonable for adults with full time employment. The office hours hours in order sign the paper to get my case report are typically unobtainable with my work hours and commute. Especially with everything related to COVID-19, there should be an option to submit the form online and make the request digitally.
However, I would also like to mention that I am thankful for the work that the police department does to keep the community safe.

The amount of continuous noise being produced from somewhere in this location on S. Walnut Street is ridiculous. All day, the sound of construction equipment driving around and dumping stuff and pounding things. This has gone on for a long time now. Can this not be stopped? In a pandemic with work from home, some people don't have an option to go elsewhere. It seems like it is a training course for heavy machinery operators or a place where really slow construction crews go to work.
