Yellow/light colored large dog with shorter tail maybe a lab mix - running loose twice in past 10 days. Aggressively barks and chased people walking with dogs. Please help by providing some presence - the dog is loose again right now.

We do what we can to limit the public from loitering around our buildings. I have filled out a form on Lime’s website but wanted to follow up with you all as well. Sidewalks were recently replaced on two blocks of west 13th. But one half block from Fairview west to the next East-West alley was untouched. This is what it looks like. A neighbor living on this block is in a wheelchair. The sidewalk is unsafe and not navigable. Why was this half block omitted in the much needed replacement?
This asshole has been leaving their trash out on the sidewalk for weeks now. lid is always open and trash scattered around
So you all going to come cut the 4 foot tall grass coming up through the sidewalks on the Maple Heights bridge or you just gonna wait another year to maintain this area like usual? You know what would be cool is if you all actually maintained the town instead of relying on people to contact you. Here's a thought: make a grid of the town, have people regularly check certain sections more than just once a year or never, and when you spot something fix it. Another thought: perhaps you all need better management.
The city trees on our block(s)(in the Sweetbriar subdivision of Winslow Farms) have many dead branches that cover the street. We worry those dead branches will fall on a car.
