An RV has been parked for several weeks in the same spot of the street next to this empty lot. Traffic at the 4 way view is blocked of any northbound lane traffic on N. Monroe coming from 10th street creating hazardous conditions. Pedestrian traffic for the Boys and Girls Club and the Food Bank nearby have an obstructed view of any oncoming vehicles. Plants are starting to block sidewalk. This has happened before at this same location. Not obvious which house is responsible, 723 (privately owned) or the property just to the west (715, IU-owned.) Side note: the uReport map has the address listed as "805 N. Park", but the porch is facing 11th and the address on the house says "723".

Case# 203083 should be associated with 819 N. Grant. That property also has a pending tree-of-heaven report (currently about to bloom), but the poison ivy and other invasives are now covering half the sidewalk along Grant. The responsibility for the mess is likely shared with the adjacent property to the south (815 N. Grant), but it is not obvious where the property line actually is.

504 W Dixie St, Bloomington. House has not been lived in for over a decade. Two abandoned vehicles in back yard are being used as shelter for a person who is apparently unhoused and unrelated to deceased owner and her family. The site is a mess with belongings strewn over the entire yard. It is unclear how human waste is being dealt with. Within the last week, curtains have been hung around the front porch to inhibit view to front door. I believe the unhoused person or person have gained unauthorized access to the house through this or the back door, because a window along the east alley side that has been covered with blind and curtain for over a decade now has the curtain pulled back. One can also see through the east vent into the attic that there is a hole in the attic roof, making it accessible to animals. This situation has become untenable, and a hazard for sanitation as well as the perceived safety of me and other neighbors.

The restroom closest to the accessible parking at the lower Cascades playground has a clogged and overflowed toilet. It appears that the other restroom in the building is locked and unusable. So there are no restrooms on a Sunday at lower Cascades. Yeah I don't think
