Bags and cans must have a sticker attached. Can must have a lid on it. This is the third time this resident has been written up since June. The trash crew states that they frequently do not sticker their trash and that there is always trash all over the yard due to a lid not being on the can.
Weeds still issue for anyone walking on side walk, yard overgrown
Grass has not been mowed in a very long time. Trash in the back yard. There is also brush and downed trees/limbs and a car parked in the back yard.

Bags of waste regularly accumulate on their front porch and around the yard and are never tagged and removed on garbage days. The property is owned by a landlord whose name I don't know. Several bags are present on the porch and around the property currently.
