The line of sight problem is at the intersection of Heather Drive and the east leg of Laurel Court. When you travel south on Laurel Court and approach the intersection with Heather Drive, there is no stop sign on the right side and the stop sign on the left side is obstructed by tree branches. Citizen says that this morning the trash crew threw the yardwaste in with the trash and that this happened down the whole street. Says he knows the difference and it was not a split packer. Says this happens periodically but not always. Says yardwaste is not supposed to go to landfill and wants to make sure that it is kept separate.
