At the corner of Clarizz Blvd and Buick Cadillac AND on Kingston Drive at the entrance to the old K-Mart parking lot: You Are Invited to City Church. This seems a repeat violation of closed case #169555 (Clarizz and Buick Cadillac, same sign seen there in July.
New sign in town! Corner of Covenanter and Rechter. We Buy Houses, Any Condition. The phone number differs from the other 'We Buy Houses' signs that I previously reported. Also, this sign is attached to the STOP-sign with cable ties. There were 2 more on the ground at the entrances to the Kroger parking lot nearby, but they had obviously fallen off the sign posts.
1500 Highland. Owner is not impressed by the initiated enforcement action.(#169586, case closed).
We Buy Houses sign still on utility pole on Winslow across from the Marathon gas station, near the intersection with Walnut.
Referring to 169561. Sidewalk is still blocked. Nothing has been done.
The sidewalk at 1107 S. Fairview at the property's secondary entrance is always either flooded, slick mud, or covered with dirt and grass is now taking root across it. Until very dry periods one must walk out in the street to get around it. Likewise, the weed trees at the line between 1107 and the apartment complex to the north are overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is becoming increasingly impassible.
Overgrown vegetation obstructing sidewalk in front of Upland Brewery.
Nailed to a pole on W Third, near the intersection with Cory Lane, black and yellow We Buy Houses sign.
On the corner of Grimes and Stull (south side of Grimes/east side of Stull) the weeds/plants on that corner make it very difficult for school traffic to leave. You cannot see cars coming from the east and several parents have complained that it is unsafe....Thank you, Becky Mungle (Principal at Templeton Elementary)
