500 block W. Allen St. along side of former Mc Doel Baptist Church. 25 m.p.h. Speed limit sign taken down by contractor for AT&T installing utility pole is still on the the ground after several days.

Pot hole right in front of a non A.D.A compliant wheel chair ramp. hole is right in front of I.U.Hospital parking garage entrance..... Electric wheelchair gets stuck in hole{in the street} while trying to get up the ramp. Please fix this problem as soon as possible, thanks Brian Wilson

7th and Woodlawn, middle of the intersection. Visibly, there doesn't seem to be a bad pothole. However, when driving a bus through the intersection, there is a ridge or something there that is very awful to drive over.

Greetings, The sign with the street names at the intersection of Henderson St and University St has been missing for quite some time. People are having trouble locating University St due to the lack of signage. Would it be possible to have the sign replaced? Thank you!
