Mr. Salyers called and expressed concern regarding the intersection of Willis Dr. and Arlington Valley Dr. Apparently, there is only a requirement to stop 3 ways in a 4 way intersection. Mr. Salyers was informed that the City does not maintain this section of street. He was very concerned for safety of citizens, and has been sent Council Meeting Information to possibly contact the council regarding the city.

Her clay lateral is broken down and has had it snaked. The neighbor at 911 has a sucker tree that the roots keep growing into her lateral. She has asked the neighbors to cut the tree and they won't.

Caller is concerned about potential gang activity at Mills Pool. She has heard that there are problems there and wants the problem addressed. Evidently the gangs are claiming the east and west ends of the pool and she is concerned about her son's safety.
