Yesterday (Thursday 25 Sept) at 5:15pm, a Ford Bronco turned *North* (left) onto Dunn from 10th Street (against the one-way direction), traveled north at a high rate of speed several blocks, and then pulled into the parking lot of 820 N. Dunn. During this illegal maneuver, another car that was traveling south on Dunn (the correct direction) had to pull over to avoid a collision. The driver might not have known he was committing a violation because that intersection is not clearly marked "Do Not Enter". Maybe a sign should be put up there to make sure that careful drivers know it is one-way.

Multiple pot holes on the west side of Lincoln St at the intersection with Cottage Grove. Deep holes in the driving lane of Cottage Grove. (One way, westbound.)

Unprofessional demolition occurring. Dust and particles (asbestos?) flying everywhere. Once the City/County have given permission to demolish, is there an office that oversees the activity? Who checks for all the lead paint flakes that are released? The crew who did this looked Mennonite/Amish, but they might not be because they were using industrial equipment - and making a huge mess.

Follow-up on case #205921 Response: Caden Swanson commented on this case. CBU Eng investigated this on 9/26/2025 and found this to be from the storm system originating from the sloped area near the pool.  No action needed. Question: In the photo with thise new case # (the left half of the photo i sent with the original case) there is a access ("manhole") cover much closer to the central path. Is that a cover opening to a storm drain that somehow connects ground water with the white PCP pipe draining in to the Creek? Thanks in advance. Caden Swanson commented on this case. a trash can and recycle bin showed up on our property. unsure if it's random or by design. regardless they are collecting more trash and debris around them than in them creating a hazard on our commercial property. requesting these be removed. thank you.

I am reaching out to file a noise complaint about the address provided. They frequently have parties late into the evenings and blast music so loud it shakes windows of homes nearby. There are several families that live in this area too and it keeps everyone awake. We would all appreciate this being taken care of

This car has not moved for a week... someone appears to be living in it. Is this really acceptable? One week ago I was sent this email. David, Hello. Sidewalk is blocked by multiple cars daily (usually more cars are parked behind the red truck). This causes pedestrians to have to walk on the street on a frequently used thru street.
