My son was arrested and his vehicle was left over there. It is in my name and I am in the process of trying to get him to release the key to someone so we can get it moved so I am asking if you could please not tow it without contacting me first at shannadhall1969@gmail.com or 8123607958. A person trimming trees at this location pulled down wires connected to utility pole 1408H - the disconnected wires are in the tops of the tree on the north side of where Wilson dead ends into a cut through and the other end is lying in the alley getting caught on cars on the south side of Wilson going towards the referenced utility pole - the person in question is remodeling a home on Henderson that back up to the alley
Eastbound Hillside at Henderson cycles a green left turn arrow when there are no cars turning left onto Henderson, while cars are stopped heading westbound.
I can't remember if I'd already reported this one months ago, but it continues to malfunction in various ways. First, north Rogers turns green including left turn arrow when there are no cars stopped heading northbound, even when there are cars waiting on Rogers southbound...they do not get a green until after the northbound left turn arrow cycles for 15 seconds. Second, eastbound Country Club always cycles a left turn arrow, when there are not cars turning left, while cars going westbound are waiting. This has been going on for many months.
It is sinking and needs cleaned.

The streetlight is out at the corner of 9th and Indiana. There is also a pothole developing on the NE corner of that intersection.
There is a person living in their car on 300 w kirkwood by the frame store. They have been there for about 2-3 weeks now. Vehicle is a silver Volkswagen sedan. Can the city have this person move along or tow the vehicle? Definitely an eye sore out of my apartment.
