Our water bill has been extremely high ever since we have moved in due to water leak and running water. About a week ago the city of Bloomington came out and fixed our system outside of our home. When I called the receptionist said our December bill looked normal but our previous bills are not normal. We should have a 0 balance and some type of credit on our account after paying hundreds of dollars for the past few months. Now we are receiving a disconnect notice after just paying 200$.

This is the third day in a row that I’ve had to deal with the sound of cars driving over these metal plates. It’s extremely loud and I’m very tired because I can’t sleep at night with the sound of every single car that bangs over it! If there’s something that can be done about it please help. the road wrapping around my house (when bryan street meets Watson) is so worn down that when it rains, the water doesn't run off to the two sewer holes across the road, but directly back into my yard. It's been eating away at my yard. Also cars have now assumed the road is wider and cutting harder, also making my yard smaller. A neighbor said this is the place to request maybe a curb and the road repaved so water flows where it's supposed to. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

The gates to the parking garage have been frequently left up last month and for part of this month. I know they are left up on Sundays, but there have been times where they’re up during the week day. I hate to complain, but I don’t think it is fair to those who pay $100 a month in parking when others can park in here for free.
