Bike parking infrastructure at SW corner of Lincoln and Kirkwood was removed for sidewalk work and has not been put back. It’s the best parking rack in the city; please replace it.
I am reporting for my neighbor Linda Kelsey. She has a redbud tree in her devil strip that appears to be unhealthy or dying.

Two trees growing into the north end of the alley between the 600 blocks of Summit and Monroe. They are impeding access by utility and commercial vehicles (dumpster delivery etc).
large limb/ downed tree on sidewalk of N College Ave. I moved it mostly off the sidewalk, but, still partially blocking.
Traffic light is out at 3rd and Rogers St. downtown. Other lights nearby are still functioning
There are bits of styrofoam all over the place
There is still a trip hazard on the overpass, adjacent to the convention center, near the steps. Sometimes there’s a cone over it but the cone goes away. Sometimes there’s a broken cover which is better than nothing. But now there’s nothing at all.
Garbage scattered all over the place, trash bins lying by street.
